At Jager Jewel, we offer a transparent and customer-friendly Buyback Policy to ensure complete trust and long-term value for your purchase.

1️⃣ Jager Metal Jewellery — Buyback Value

We offer 50% Buyback on the product price paid at the time of purchase.

✔ Example:

If your Jager Metal jewellery price was ₹10,000:

• Buyback value = ₹5,000

• Note: 3% GST charged during purchase is not refundable.

2️⃣ Diamond Jewellery — Buyback Value

We offer 70% Buyback on the product value (excluding GST).

✔ Example:

If your diamond jewellery price was ₹50,000:

• Buyback value = ₹35,000

• Note: 3% GST is not refundable.

3️⃣ Conditions for Buyback

To qualify for buyback, the product must meet the following:

• Original invoice must be presented

• Jewellery must be authenticated by Jager Jewel

• Physical condition should match basic standards

• Stones/diamonds should not be replaced or damaged

• Buyback applicable only on Jager Jewel certified products

4️⃣ Non-Refundable Components

• 3% GST paid during purchase is not returnable

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

• Customised or specially modified items may not qualify

Buyback is processed within 3–5 working days after product inspection and approval.

6️⃣ Mode of Refund

Refund will be issued via:

• Bank transfer OR

• Store credit (if customer wants to repurchase)
